When your friends get married and have kids...

Don't you find it a little bit off when all of your friends get married, then they'll having kids and you are still single? It's one disturbing thing to think about!

You may say that not all of your friends are getting married but they have their lovelives fixed, geez that's a totally different thing! You'll feel a little bit panicky on the side when you realize that you are the only person in your group of cute friends who have not been in a relationship at all- especially if you are in your mid-20s! The news will hit you like a thunder bolt!

First, don't panic girl! Things are still normal with you! It's just it's your friends' time to walk down that aisle. I know it's every woman's dream. Don't rush things and don't you ever question God why your prince in his knight in shining armor hasn't arrived yet! Patience is a virtue, remember! :)

Secondly, being single is so much fun! You can be whenever, wherever and whatever you wish to be! Life is vast! There are so many things to do than to think about the things you don't have yet. Concentrate on the first thing you can achieve like go to graduate school and get a masters degree or go to a place you have never been to before or become a very good nanny to your friends' kids and be thankful at being single!

Thirdly, your time will come. I know this bible verse has been everywhere but let me share it with you; 1 Corrinthians 13:4-7 (The Message):
 " Love never gives up.
Love cares more for others than for self.
Love doesn't want what it doesn't have.
   Love doesn't strut,
   Doesn't have a swelled head,
   Doesn't force itself on others,
   Isn't always "me first,"
   Doesn't fly off the handle,
Doesn't keep score of the sins of others,
   Doesn't revel when others grovel,
Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth,
   Puts up with anything,
   Trusts God always,
   Always looks for the best,
   Never looks back,
But keeps going to the end. "

If our very patient Lord isn't in a hurry about our love life, so why hurry? Take your time. Keep on praying! For sure your Prince charming in his knight in shining armor is just around the corner waiting for you to stand out! :)

P.S
Don't you like it that you like it that you can still stay free and gorgeous godmother to all of your friends' kidos! :)
